About us

eLife International Corporate Fellowship

eLife Corporate Fellowship is a network of professionals from diverse roles, cultures, and backgrounds, united by our shared faith in Jesus Christ. We believe that faith is not limited to Sundays—it shapes how we think, work, lead, and relate to others every day.

We meet regularly to:

• Share fellowship and build genuine relationships
• Encourage one another through prayer, worship, and God’s Word
• Discuss workplace challenges and explore biblical responses
• Support members during career and personal transitions
• Celebrate both spiritual and professional victories

Whether you’re seeking answers, looking to grow in faith, or simply in need of encouragement, you’ll find a warm and welcoming community here.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Who can join eLife Corporate Fellowship?

Anyone working in Tokyo—or connected professionally—is welcome to join. While our foundation is Christian, we warmly welcome professionals from all backgrounds who seek encouragement, values, and authentic community.

2. Is there a fee to participate?

No. eLife is 100% volunteer-led. We do not charge membership fees, collect dues, or pay salaries. All gatherings are free to attend. Light refreshments or meals are sometimes provided through voluntary contributions.

3. Do I need to belong to a church to attend?

No. Some of our members are active in local churches, while others are exploring faith or reconnecting after time away. You’ll find a safe, respectful space regardless of your current church involvement.

4. Are non-Christians welcome?

Yes, absolutely. While our fellowship is rooted in the Christian faith, we value friendship and openness. Non-Christians are welcome to observe, participate, and learn more about faith in a non-pressured environment.

5. How often do you meet?

We host special gatherings, such as conferences or seminars, in addition to regular fellowship meetings throughout the year. After our first conference on September 26, 2025, we plan to hold monthly or quarterly events, depending on the needs of the community.

6. What language are gatherings held in?

Most gatherings are conducted in English, but Japanese translation and support are provided when needed. We aim to make our events accessible to both local and international professionals.

7. What happens during a typical gathering?

Gatherings include a mix of fellowship, sharing, encouragement, and professional networking. Activities may feature short talks, small-group discussions, prayer for those who request it, and time to build friendships over food.

8. How can I get involved beyond attending events?

You can join our volunteer team, assist with event logistics, or serve as a mentor or connector for other professionals. We also encourage members to invite colleagues and friends to participate.
